OFFICIAL DETAILS
1. Schedule of Events
11:30am - 5:00pm Golf Tournament. We will want most groups to finish together.
5:00pm – Happy Hour & Silent Auction, OX house - alcohol provided. Come bid on some excellent gifts and items to take home.
6:00pm – Dinner, OX house - Get a chance to meet current actives and tour the renovated house.. Food and alcohol provided. Bringing back the barbeque!!
7:30pm – Alumni updates from the board
2. Golf Tournament, Saturday, October 17th
Wildhorse Golf Course - https://www.wildhorsegolfclub.com. Tee time start - 11:30am. Arrive early for putting or driving practice.
Cost includes green fees, two man cart rental , small bucket of ranges balls and donation to the alumni corp. Lets blowout the number of players this year!!
Prizes will be awarded for best score and closest to the pin.
3. Costs:
Golf, happy hour, dinner $150
Happy hour, dinner $50
To register for golf, happy hour & dinner, make a donation of $150
To pay for an active to play golf, make a donation of $100
To register for just happy hour & dinner, make a donation of $50
4. How to donate to Alumni corp.
1. Preferred - Pay via Zelle from your bank. Payment should be made to alumniassoc501@gmail.com

5. Silent Auction
We need silent auction items!! Donate your created wines, alcohols, beers, company apparel, or odd gift cards you don't need. It all helps.
We also want donated beer, wine or liquor for the happy hours. Let brothers see your skills!! Contact me about your donations and I will make it happen.
Email me - Chuck Cox ( Uncle Liquor) with a description of the item you want to enter into the silent auction. I will make up the bid sheets.
